why would the companies want to do this? doesn't give them an incentive and any reason why this would happen
doesn't say why the university would allow this because wouldn't they lose money from it?

Nuclear Power------rank 3

Gives a specific reason that impacts everyone on why we need to use nuclear power
Did his or her research on the topic and you can tell that they understand what they are talking about throughout the proposal
     Weakness
Doesn't say how we could fully switch, ie THE COST
Also suggests several options which is not the goal of this assignment
doesn't have a good idea to actually perform this
